DocuSign Adds Magazine Publisher

Seattle-based DocuSign, a provider of an online, software-as-a-service offering for capturing electronic signatures, reported today that it has signed Gearhead Communications, publisher of Premier Guitar, as a customer. DocuSign said the magazine publisher is using its products for signing advertising contracts online. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. DocuSign said that Gearhead is using its product to eliminate the logistics nightmare of faxing, printing, and mailing contracts and contest affidavits.
