ClearEdge Power Gets $7.75M

Hillsboro, Oregon-based ClearEdge Power, a developer of fuel-cell based alternative electric generation products, has now raised around $7.75M in a debt funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. Details on the funding have not been announced by the firm. ClearEdge is backed by Kohlberg Ventures, Big Basin Partners, and Applied Ventures. More information »
