PopCap Taps Adobe For CTO

Seattle-based PopCap Games announced today that it has named Frits Habermann, former a VP at Adobe, as its new Chief Technical Officer. According to PopCap, Habermann was most recently VP of Core Technologies at Adobe, where he had been for more than 20 years, managing technology for Adobe's Photoshop, Flash, and Acrobat products. Habermann has also served at RealNetworks. The company said that Habermann succeeds co-founder Brian Fiete, who has become Technology Fellow.
