Gist Buys Learn that Name

Seattle-based Gist has acquired Learn that Name, a firm created out of a recent Startup Weekend in Redmond, the firm said last night. Learn that Name is an application that helps people remember professional contacts, by matching pictures with names. The iPhone app pulls photos of people from LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other apps. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
