Dotster Offers Exchange Alternative
Vancouver, Washington-based Dotster, a provider of domain registration, websites and related services, said Thursday that it is looking to sign up small business customers, by offering them a new, open source alternative to Microsoft Exchange. Dotster said its is will provide small business owners with a low-cost, open source alternative to Exchange, as part of its hosting and email packages. The firm said its new Open-Xchange Webmail service will be available at no additional charge to customers who purchase its email or hosting packages.
