Infinia Gets $11.5M

Kennewick, Washington-based Infinia, a developer of Stirling engines for the solar power industry, has raised another $11.5M in a financing round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm last week. The filing indicates the fundraising is part of a $75M effort by the company. According to Xconomy, citing CEO J.D. Sitton, the round included GLG Partners, along with prior investors.
