Cascade Microtech Links With German Firm

Beaverton, Oregon-based Cascade Microtech, a developer of electrical and mechanical test and measurement equipment for the semiconductor industry, announced today that it is in a strategic partnership with German semiconductor equipment provider SUSS MicroTec. The two firm said they will work together on addressing emerging semiconductor technologies such as 3D TSV manufacturing and test. Financial aspects of the alliance were not announced.
