Cloudfish Launches SMS App For iPhone
Seattle-based CloudFish, a developer of mobile applications, said today that it has launched a new application for the iPhone and iPod Touch, CircleSMS. The firm said the software allows users to send unlimited text messages using their iPhone or iPod touch, and avoid text messaging fees. The new app charges $1 for unlimited messaging to up to twenty contacts, which the firm said would normally cost around $180 to $240 per year based on phone bills. The firm said it supports most US carriers, including Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Cloudfish was founded by Amir Zohrenejad and John Chaffetz.
