Jott Upgrades Service, Looks For Referrals
Seattle-based Jott, the online voice transcription and "to do" service now owned by Nuance, told its users today that it has released a new version of its software, and started a new, Refer-a-friend program. According to Jott, it has added a service--Salesforce Lite Jott Link--to update Salesforce to-do lists using voice messages; added recurring reminders; and a new "Voicemail Snapshot" service which sends a transcribed, text version of a voicemail "snapshot" to users via email or text message. With the firm's Refer-a-friend program, the company is awarding a free of service to referred users, plus credit on Jott's service for the referring user.
