Veratect Gets $4.21M In Funding
Kirkland-based Veratect, a firm which provides tracking of emerging threats to human, animal and plant life--including swine flu and other influenza--has raised $4.21M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. No details on the funding have been announced by the company. The firm has previously raised $7.5M from individual investors. The firm's board includes John Carleton of Benaroya Capital, Lee Huntsman, Dennis Weston of Fluke Venture Partners, among others. More information »
