findwell, Estately Link On Real Estate Search

Seattle-based findwell, an online real estate broker, said Wednesday that it is tapping technology from fellow Seattle firm Estately to boost its real estate search features. Findwell did not disclose financial details on the partnership. Findwell said the deal adds the ability to search for home based on distance from transit stops and "walkability," plus virtual neighborhood tours and local information.
