Qliance Gains $4M
Seattle-based Qliance Medical Management, an operator of primary care clinics in Washington State, reported today that it has closed on $4M in a funding round. The funding was led by Second Avenue Partners, and also included New Atlantic Ventures and Clear Fir Partners. The firm said that it will use the funding to expands the number of clinics the firm is running. The funding round brings the company's total raised to $7.5M. Qliance operates clinics where patients pay monthly membership fees to cover direct care, based on their age; the clinics offer such services as vaccinations, checkups, health exams, treatment for minor fractures, and management of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
