Earth Class Mail Swizzles Execs

Seattle-based Earth Class Mail said Wednesday that the firm has named Sarah Carr, currently COO, as President of the company, with President and CEO Ron Wiener becoming Chairman of the board. Carr has been at Earth Class Mail since October of 2008; she has also previously served at Print Inc., Bowne Global Solutions, Thomson Financial, and Thomson Corporation. Wiener takes over the Chairman role from Chris Kwak, who is at Cato Partners. The firm said that Kwak remains a significant shareholder at the firm. Earth Class Mail is a provider of Internet-powered postal delivery services, which allows mail recipients to view their physical postal mail via the Internet. the firm is backed by Ignition Partners.
