Pathway Medical Closes Series D Funding
Kirkland-based Pathway Medical Technologies disclosed Wednesday that the firm has closed its Series D investment round, adding new investor WRF Capital to the $42.5M funding. Pathway said that WRF invested $1.5M as part of its previously announced Series D financing. Pathway's other investors in the round are Forbion Capital Partners, Giza Venture Capital, HLM Venture Partners, Latterell Venture Partners, Oxford Bioscience Partners and unnamed individual investors. WRF capital is the venture investment arm of the Washignton Research Foundation. Pathway Medical is developing treatments for peripheral arterial disease (PAD). More information »
