Jive Names Marketing Exec

Portland-based Jive, a developer of business collaboration and social networking tools, said today that it has named a new Chief Marketing Officer. According to Jive, it has hired on Ben Kiker to the position, where he will be responsible for the firm's global marketing strategy, encompassing solutions, customer and field marketing as well as branding and communications. Kiker joins the firm from Interwoven, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He has also served at Siebel Systems, Onyx Software, Clarify, Vantive, Octel Communications and Aspect Communications.
