Vigilos Gains $1.4M

Seattle-based Vigilos, a provider of software for remote monitoring of physical facilities, said that it has raised $1.4M. According to the firm, the round was led by Northwest Venture Associates. The company said it is also in the process of raising $300,000 in the round. Vigilos develops software used to mintor physical security issues, specifically for plant managers addressing the transportation, chemical, and food processing industries. The company also said it counts the FBI and U.S. Navy as customers. More information »
