Zillow.com Debuts Question-and-Answer Service

Online real estate listings service Zillow.com has unveiled an online question-and-answer resource for its customers it is calling Zillow Advice. Zillow said today that the new offering will allow its users to find answers to specific real estate questions. The new service--available on Zillow's web site by selecting the "Advice" tab--allows users to ask and answer questions about things such as moving, buying homes, different neighborhoods, and more. The questions are tagged by topic or location, with answers are then provided by agents, lenders and other real estate professionalss who use the site. The site is very similar to Yahoo's Questions and Answers service and its competitors, allowing users to also rate and rank different answers on the service.
