Expedia Shuffles Execs
Bellevue-based online travel site Expedia has shuffled its executives, in what the firm says is a new organizational structure based on its brands. The firm said the moves are a shift from its prior organization around geographic regions. According to Expedia, Eric Grosse is now President of Expedia Worldwide; David Roche is President of hotels.com Worldwide and Venere.com; and Henrik Kjellberg is President Expedia Distribution Worldwide. The firm said that both Paul Brown, formerly head of its Partner Services Group, and Dermot Halpin, who was president of Expedia Europe, have left the company.
