GrapeCity Buys Data Dynamics

Kirkland-based GrapeCity, a software development firm, said Monday that it is acquiring Data Dynamics, Ltd., a developer of data analysis and reporting software components. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to GrapeCity, it will be purchasing all Data Dynamics products and the resulting revenues.
