Zillow Rolls Quote API

Seattle-based real estate site Zillow.com said Thursday that it has rolled out a new application programming interface (API) which allows mortgage lenders to automate mortgage quoting through the site. Zillow said that the new API allows lenders to automate custom quotes to borrowers submitting loan requests through the site. Zillow explained that it has teamed up with five technology providers--Leads360, Mortech, Mortgagebot, NYLX and Optimal Blue--who will initially use the API to create custom loan quotes for its users.
