Caliber Data Names New Board Members

Web advertising platform publisher Caliber Data Inc. reported Wednesday that it has appointed regional U.S. Bank chief William Keiper and former Hypercom CEO Ken Kirkpatrick to its board of directors, effective immediately. Headquartered in Redmond, Wash., Caliber Data is patenting an online advertising platform that features a pay-per-transaction model designed to optimize penetration of offline merchants. The company described Kirkpatrick as a 37-year U.S. Bank veteran who has served as the Washington State president since January 2002. Keiper, Caliber Data said, boasts more than 30 years of business experience, most of which were spent managing software, technology and IT product distribution and services organizations.
