Minecode Buys Saltmine
Minecode, a provider of software development and information technology consulting services, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Seattle-based Web application developer Saltmine from Enterworks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Minecode, its purchase of Saltmine is part of a strategic partnership between Enterworks and Minecode. Based in Ashburn, Va., Enterworks is a developer of an enterprise suite of multi-channel publishing software. Minecode is a privately held company headquartered in Bellevue, Wash. Founded in 1993, Saltmine also maintains offices in Portland, Ore.
