WildTangent Rolls PC Gaming Platform

Redmond-based WildTangent said today that the firm has rolled out a new, PC application which the firm claims will turn PCs into a console for gaming enthusiasts. The firm, which develops gaming tools and technology, said its new WildTangent Orb will allow game publishers to publish console-style, full-screen, and game-pad enabled gaming on PC hardware. WildTangent said that Sierra Online, THQ, and others will be releasing their titles on the platform.
