TeraCloud Buys Estorian, Changes Name

Bellevue-based TeraCloud, a provider of software for managing enterprise storage, said Tuesday that it has acquired Estorian, a provider of email archiving, retrieval, and e-discovery software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. TeraCloud also said that it would rename itself Estorian, Inc. as part of the merger. TeraCloud has previously received venture funding from Boulder Ventures and Northwest Venture Associates. Estorian is also located in Bellevue.
