Protexis Inks Distribution Deal with Activision
Vancouver, British Columbias-based Protexis, a digital content distributor for retailers, revealed Tuesday that it has signed a distribution agreement with gaming software publisher Activision Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Protexis, the company has added Activision's personal computer video games to its retail electronic distribution catalog. Protexis said the titles include Activision's popular "Call of Duty," "Call of Duty: United Offensive," "Call of Duty 2" and "Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines." Protexis operates a service which allows e-commerce retailers to sell software for download.
