EndoGastric Raises $30M In Series D Financing
Redmond, Washington-based EndoGastric Solutions, a manufacturer of surgical instruments for use in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, announced today that it has concluded its fourth round of venture financing after raising $30 million. EndoGastric said DeNovo Ventures of Palo Alto, Calif., led the effort. EndoGastric said it plans to use the money to finance sales and marketing efforts in support of its StomaphyX and EsophyX devices. The firm said StomaphyX received clearance for sale in the U.S. in March, while EsophyX will launch later this year. As a result of DeNovo's investment, Joe Mandato will join EndoGastric's board of directors. More information »
