Imagekind.com Appoints Saliba As CEO

Imagekind.com, an online community for creating, buying and selling custom-framed art prints from digital files, reported Monday that it has promoted Kevin Saliba to chief executive officer. Saliba, who held the title of president and chief operating officer since September 2006, was acting as interim CEO for the last four months as part of a planned transition, Imagekind said. He succeeds Kelly Smith, who will remain on the company's board of directors. Smith resigned as CEO, Imagekind said, to focus on his next start-up effort from Curious Office. Prior to joining Imagekind, Saliba was director of strategic initiatives for Expedia.com. Imagekind.com is headquartered in Seattle.
