Japanese Firm Invests $1.2M in Teseda Corp.
Teseda Corp., a developer of diagnostic and debugging software for the semiconductor manufacturing industry, reported Monday that it has received a $1.2 million strategic investment from Japanese firm INTER ACTION Corp. Teseda said the funding will enable further expansion of its product line. INTER ACTION is a manufacturer of SOC, CMOS and CCD imagers for testing, Teseda added. Headquartered in Portland, Ore., Teseda Corp. produces software with comprehensive, scan-based diagnostic and debugging capabilities for high-yield silicon production. More information »
