Tyfone Adds Three to Executive Team
Tyfone Inc., a developer of mobile financial services software, announced Thursday that it has appointed three new executive team members to three separate, worldwide locations. Guru Sankar assumes the role of Tyfone's chief financial officer at its global corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon. Tyfone said Sankar previously worked for Intel Corp., where he spent the previous three years as its CFO. Additionally, Rajiv Pujar will step in as vice president of software technology at Tyfone's Asia-Pacific headquarters in Bangalore, India. In his role, Pujar will oversee product engineering, including the development of hardware client platforms, mobile applications and server platforms for product support and customer engagements. Finally, Tyfone said Sam Wu will serve as vice president of sales for its Asia-Pacific region. Wu, Tyfone noted, will work from the company’s offices in Taiwan.
