States Approve Integra Telecom Acquisition
Minneapolis-based Eschelon Telecom disclosed Thursday that both Colorado and Utah have approved the firm's acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based Integra Telecom, a provider of voice, data, and Internet communications to customers in Arizona, California, Idaho, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Eschelon said that the approvals came from the Public Service Commission in Utah and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. Integra's investors include Bank of America Capital Investors, Boston Ventures and Nautic Equity Partners.
