InFocus President, CEO Resigns
Projection equipment manufacturer InFocus Corp. announced Wednesday that Kyle C. Ranson, company president and CEO, is leaving the firm to pursue other interests. Ranson, whose decision is effective immediately, also resigned from Infocus' board of directors. Joseph O'Sullivan, the company's vice president of global operations and general manager of Asia sales, has been appointed acting chief operating officer and will oversee day-to-day operations. O'Sullivan has been with InFocus since September 2004. Prior to then, he worked at Apple Computer for 15 years. InFocus said its board of directors has begun searching for Ranson's successor. The company is headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon.
