Tut Systems Stockholders Approve Motorola Merger

Lake Oswego, Oregon-based Tut Systems said last night that its stockholders have approved the firm's proposed acquisition by Motorola. The merger, which was announced in December, is worth $39M in cash. Tut Systems is a provider of digital video encoding equipment.
