Microsoft, AMD To Award Space Ride

Microsoft and AMD are partnering to send a customer to space, as part of a promotion of the upcoming Windows Vista operating system. Microsoft and AMD said at CES yesterday that they will conduct a sweepstakes which will award a sub-orbital space ride with Rocketplane Limited Inc. The sweepstakes will involve both online and offline collaborative puzzle games, and include nearly a half million dollars in prizes.
