Smilebox Inks Deal With Hallmark

Redmond, Washington-based Smilebox, a provider of online e-cards, said this morning that it has entered a distribution and content partnership with Hallmark Cards. Hallmark will use the Smilebox platform to create a new line of content designed around Hallmark's creative staff. Smilebox maintains a service that allows people to send personal, electronic greetings, slideshows, and cards to their friends and family using their personal photos. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
