Marchex Opens Ad Network
Seattle-based Marchex said today that it has opened up its advertising network featuring the firm's web sites. The new cost-per-click advertising network uses keywords and categories to allow advertisers to directly bid for placement on the company's web site. Marchex operates a network of what the firm says are 200,000 vertical content web sites. The firm's sites are based on generic keywords and search terms.
