Avenue A / Razorfish Acquires Australian Digital Marketing Agency
Seattle-based Avenue A / Razorfish said this evening that it has acquired Amnesia, a digital marketing company based in Australia. Avenue A / Razorfish said that it paid $3.7M (US dollars) for Amnesia. Amnesia will retain its brand identity and leadership team. The companies said that Amnesia expects to have net revenues of $2.0 to $2.5M for the remainder of 2006, and will operate as a subsidiary of Avenue A / Razorfish. Amnesia's clients include Disney, Xbox, and IKEA.
