eNom Purchased By Demand Media

Demand Media, a new firm headed by former MySpace.com chairman Richard Rosenblatt, has purchased Bellevue-based eNom, the firm said this week. Financial terms were not disclosed. eNom said that Demand Media will develop proprietary content tools and technologies to expand opportunities for its clients. Paul Stahura of eNom will become president and COO of the new firm. Demand Media is backed by Spectrum, Oak Investment Partners, and Generation Partners.
