Seattle BioFuels Raises $7.5M

Seattle, Washington-based Seattle BioFuels has raised a $7.5M Series A investment. The funding came from Nth Power, Technology Partners, and Vulcan Capital. The firm is developing process technology used to produce biodiesel. Seattle BioFuels said that it will use the funding to accelerate commercialization of its technology and open a new biodiesel refinery and oil seed-crushing oil facility in the second half of 2006 More information »
