Noetix Merges With Kalido

Redmond-based Noetix, which develops reporting and analytics software for Oracle applications, said today that it has merged with Burlington, Massachusetts-based Kalido. Financial terms of the merger were not announced. According to the two, they will combine in a "merger of equals" to form Magnitude Software. The new company will be led by Nigel Turner, former President of Kalido, with former Noetix President Doug Moore becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The two said they will focused on the enterprise, information management market with the deal. Noetix was purchased by private equity firm Silverback Enterprise Group last year.
