NeuroCom Acquired By Natus Medical
Clackamas, Oregon-based NeuroCom International, a developer of computer systems for assessment and rehabilitation of balance and mobility disorders, has been acquired by Natus Medical. California-based Natus Medical said it pay $18M for NeuroCom. Natus said that NeuroCom had revenues of $11.3M in the twelve months ended June 30, 2008, and had cash on hand of approximately $3.6M on closing. Natus said the buy will broaden its product offerings in the neurology business. NeuroCom was founded in 1984, and provides systems for treating chronic balance, dizziness, and vestibular disorders.
