F5 Names Sales Head

Seattle-based F5 Networks, a developer of load balancing and other related networking equipment, said today that it has named Gary Abad as the firm's Vice President North American Channel Sales. Abad was most recently VP Channel Sales for Polycom, and has also served at Novell and Symbol Technologies. F5 said Abad has more than 20 years of experience in the field.
