Earth Class Mail Acquires Shoeboxed

Beaverton, Oregon-based Earth Class Mail, a provider of a service which receives and scans mail for businesses, has acquired Durham, North Carolina-based Shoeboxed. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Shoeboxed provides a service for small businesses, which converts receipts and business cards into digital records. According to Shoeboxed, it gets over 250,000 docuemnts mailed to its Durham, NC office every month.
