Cozi Acquired By Time

Seattle-based family organization and calendar software developer Cozi has been acquired by Time Inc., the two announced Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cozi had been founded in 2005, and is led by Robbie Cape, who was previously a General Manager at Microsoft. Cozi was backed by Gannett Co.
