Compli Names COO

Portland, Oregon-based Compli, a developer of compliance management software, said Friday that the firm has named Chris Grebisz as its Chief Operating Officer. Grebisz joins the firm from Welocalize, Inc., where he was also COO. Compli said that Grebisz was also founder and CEO of Global Software Solutions, Inc. Compli's software is used to track regulatory compliance of companies, to reduce the risks of fines, claims, and litigation.
