Apptio Sets IPO Pricing Range

Bellevue-based Apptio has taken another step towards the public markets this morning, saying in a regulatory filing that it now estimates its IPO pricing at between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. The company--which as applied to list on the NASDAQ Global Market as APTI--is looking to sell 6,900,000 shares of its common stock. At $15.00 per share, the offering would raise $103.5M for the company, which develops IT and business management software. Companies within the IPO pricing process use the pricing range to help gauge investor interest and set final IPO pricing for their public offerings.
