Add3 Buys Amplify Interactive To Bolster Search Marketing Efforts

Seattle-based search marketing provider Add3 is announcing this morning that it has acquired Portland-based search marketing agency Amplify Interactive. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Add3 said the acquisition adds all five employees from Amplify's Portland office to the company's team, bringing the total headcount to 30. Add3 is headed by Paul Uhlir, and says it is on track for $10M in revenues for 2013.
