Adaptis Names Sales Director

Seattle-based business process outsourcing firm Adaptis reported today that it has promoted Scott McLeod to director of sales development. Adaptis said McLeod, who previously had served as the company's director of marketing, will now focus on developing sales strategies, processes and training programs in a bid to improve revenues and customer satisfaction. Adaptis also said he will work closely with clients and prospects while collaborating with product management, marketing and operations staff. McLeod, who has worked at Adaptis for seven years, will report to Jan E. Claesson, chief business development officer and senior vice president, the company added.
