![]() Friday, February 5, 2010 InfoSpace Sees Q4 Revenue Jump Bellevue-based InfoSpace said earlier this week that it had a strong fourth quarter, reporting revenues of $70.5M, up by $33.7M, or 92 percent, from fourth quarter of 2008. The firm said the growth was due to the strength of its distribution business, and efforts to improve operating efficiencies. For the year, the firm reported revnues of $207.6M, up 32% over 2008. The firm earned $10.1M in Q4, and $9.8M for all of 2009. posted on Friday, February 5, 2010(Full story) dotCal Takes On Web Calendar Sharing Portland-based dotCal said Friday that it has launched a new Internet service to help businesses and individual publish and share web-based calendars. According to the new site, it will coordinate calendars between Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, Yahoo Calendar and Mozilla Thunderbird. The site is free to individuals, and costs $29 for month business subscriptions. According to Isilon, it had net income of $0.1M in the fourth quarter of 2009, on revenues of $37.5M. The firm said the profit compared with a net loss of $4.9M on revenues of $31.8M last year. For th eyear, the firm reported revenues of $123.9M, and a loss of $18.8M. Isilon trades on the NASDAQ as ISLN, and develops network attached storage (NAS) data storage products. posted on Friday, February 5, 2010(Full story) Microsoft Signs Lattice Semi Redmond-based Microsoft said this morning that it has signed on Hillsboro-based Lattice Semiconductor as a customer for its Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 software. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Microsoft Dynamics AX is used by companies to manage their enterprise resource planning (ERP).
