Hulu, NBCUniversal Ink New Streaming Video Deal

Binge television watchers will be happy with the latest, distribution deal from Los Angeles-based Hulu, which said today that it has signed a multi-year, subscription video-on-demand deal with NBCUniversal, covering such titles as "The Real Housewives", "Top Chef", "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", and "The Mindy Project". Financial details of the deal were not announced. According to the two, the agreement will make prior seasons of NBCU's television properties available through the Hulu Plus subscription service. The deal covers Universal Television's "The Mindy Project and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine", Bravo's "The Real Housewives", "Top Chef", "Top Chef Masters", "The Millionaire Matchmaker" and "Flipping Out"; plus titles from E! including "Parks and Recreation" and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians". Hulu Plus starts at $7.99 a month.
